The Smoked Ribs are Amazing!!!!!!!

Here is an email sent to us by a happy customer about our smoked ribs.  We love happy customers, and wanted to share it with you!
 
We bought ribs, sausage and brisket yesterday. My wife prepared part of the ribs and some brisket last night. I have been eating ribs for a long time.  I was raised in Lee's Landing, 7 miles from Ponchatoula (makes it way out in the country) and have had a lot of experience of eating good stuff. I travel the world in the music business, eating at the finest restaurants in the world.
Those damned ribs were over the top, Luckily I stopped myself at 3 and the bones of my wife's two.  The slice of brisket was also terrific.

So, I think that you have the great method, don't change anything. We will be back in a few months, and I look forward to having more.

Fresh Cracklins!

It's a great day to live in Saint Francisville!  Yes, it's muggy and hot, but you can stop in town and pick up a fully cooked, ready to heat & eat, rib or chicken dinner from Hill Country Smokehouse.   We love to help you out by making dinner easier.  We also have fresh cracklins cooking in the black pot every day.
